Delete your account
This is permanent and cannot be undone. Deleting your account erases it from our server straight away. No need to email anyone or reinstall the app. You can also do this inside the app: Account → Delete account.
What gets deleted
- Your account — your email address and password.
- Your cloud backup — the saved measurements and custom shades you uploaded.
- Your sign-in tokens on every device.
- Your scan-pack purchase records and any unused paid scan credits (these can't be restored or refunded through us after deletion; Google Play keeps its own payment record).
- Any instrument readings you submitted for review.
- Every fabric image logged from your account when you used “Get AI analysis”.
What this does not touch
Measurements and shades stored only on your phone stay on your phone; uninstalling the app removes those. Deleting your account does not uninstall the app.
Delete with your password
Enter the email and password you use to sign in on the app. The account is deleted immediately.
Forgot your password?
Enter your account's email address and we'll send you a one-time deletion link (valid 60 minutes). Open it and confirm — no password needed.
